Before You Go
Cody Caves Provincial Park
protects a natural limestone
cave system sculpted by a glacier-fed stream, featuring soda straws,
stalactites, and other calcite features unique to the underground.
Hiad Venture Corporation's
tours in the Cody Cave system offer a fun family adventure appropriate
for ages 5 & up through this wondrous and fragile world. Our
tours operate under the principles of safety, education and entertainment.
Guides are specifically trained to help visitors safely
through the Cody Cave system and are familiar with its hazards,
its beauties and its geological history. A current Standard First
Aid Ticket is mandatory for each guide, and guides participate
in workshops offered by the BC Cave Rescue organization and the
BC Speleological Federation.
The Park is open daily during July and
August. For September and June operations, or other off
season caving requests, please contact Hiad
Venture Corp.
